The rooms have a lovely view and silky smooth bedding with comfortable beds. Absolutely charming area, centrally located adjacent to a very good upscale restaurant, Cafe, Biz Center, Mooney's Irish Pub, and the Horizon Lounge.

the hotel is in the perfect and peaceful location near Shangri-La Chengdu. There are numerous bars along the river, creating a vibrant atmosphere. 3. the upscale restaurant at the front, "the Bridge and River," serves a delicious and extensive breakfast with toast and coffee.

Conveniently located near restaurants and bars, so you can easily grab a bite or a drink nearby. Checked out Enjoy Laundry Cafe, just a mile away from here, where we enjoyed tea and treats. Don't forget to try the hotel restaurant - they serve up hearty meals that hit the spot! 🍲

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, especially with the upgrade to the Horizon Club level. The room was spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities like fresh fruit and bottled water. The staff treated us like family, with Sunny, Yvonne, and Carol going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast could be improved by training the staff in the Horizon Lounge to take orders one at a time and wait until each item arrives before ordering the next. Otherwise, it can be a bit disorganized and slow.

I recently stayed at Shangri-La for a marathon in Dujiangyan. The hotel provided airport pickup, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and a great location with good restaurants nearby. The Horizon Club upgrade was worth it, with a better room, daily treats, and solid Wi-Fi. The breakfast noodle bar and buffet were amazing. The river view from the room was stunning and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also helped arrange trips to Leshan and the Panda Research center. Absolutely a perfect trip!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location in the center of the city was perfect, with easy access to the metro and beautiful views of the waterfront. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

This hotel provides a luxury experience. the spa and wellness center is very good, with a wide range of treatments, including full body massages, facials and body wraps. the beauty treatment room was especially relaxing. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were also enjoyable. Breakfast was amazing with a wide range of continental and buffet breakfast options.

The one minor issue was with the room temperature, which was difficult to regulate. I found myself either being too hot or too cold during the night.

The complementary drinks and snacks were a nice touch and the location was perfect - close to everything we wanted to do. The pool area was also quite nice and seemed clean.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. Our room was not clean and we found hairs, stains and crumbs on the bed and floor.
